1 Definitions

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 786ace game Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 786ace game accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB, and other major Pakistani banks), and USDT TRC20. The minimum single deposit amount is 500 PKR. Deposits are credited to your 786ace game wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. 786ace game does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification for amounts above the applicable threshold. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

786ace game offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have an active, verified 786ace game account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 786ace game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retrospectively penalise Players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in combination with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

The following general fair play terms apply across all categories:

The outcome of any individual game cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786ace game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or Cockfighting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in Platform systems to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from identified Platform errors are void and will be reclaimed from the Player's balance.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new accounts.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions placed by 786ace game.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

786ace game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time. The following specific circumstances warrant account action:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against a 786ace game deposit transaction.
• Court order, law enforcement instruction, or regulatory requirement directing account closure or fund freezing.

Where a Player's account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 786ace game reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. 10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11 Limitation of Liability

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms
